Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of electricians, foremen, and other site personnel.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies.
Safety Management:
- Promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions regularly.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing electrical projects with an average size of $3 million.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician) are a plus.
