**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties by providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on property systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Install new HVAC systems and components, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Utilize a company van to travel to job sites and transport necessary equipment and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance and repair logs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all HVAC-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Skills**
- Experience in property maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Ability to design and build custom HVAC systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van safely.
- Experience as a service technician, with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
- Experience with plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials, as required.
