As an HVAC-R commercial service technician, you will be a vital team member responsible for providing expert refrigeration and HVAC services for a large commercial base covering the west coast of Florida.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5-years experience in light commercial air conditioning, controls, and refrigeration - service, maintenance and installation. Candidates must be well-organized, outgoing, with a positive, upbeat attitude, able to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
- Ability to perform all physical aspects associated with HVAC-R repairs/maintenance.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration equipment: walk-ins, ice machines, reach-ins and remote refrigeration systems.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing exhaust systems and make-up air units.
- Excellent customer service skills, able to develop and build positive business relationships with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required, able to work on-call nights/weekends when assigned
- Must possess the hand tools required to perform the functions of the service technician position
- While performing the duties of this position the employee is required to stand, walk or sit. Must also be able to bend, squat/kneel, climb and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and deliver high-quality service.
