HVAC Sales Manager

Location: Baltimore-Washington Metro ( Branches in Baltimore, Beltsville, Alexandria and Hagerstown )
Overview: As an HVAC Sales Manager at Len The Plumber Heating & Air, you’ll play a crucial role in driving HVAC Installation revenue growth, managing our sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. You’ll be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives and sales support staff.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among sales staff, service department, & installation department.
- Sales Growth and Development:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within the residential HVAC market.
- Develop & implement market specific strategies to maximize opportunities.
- KPI Achievement:
- Monitor and track KPIs related to sales performance (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size, lead generation).
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Process Optimization:
- Establish and maintain consistent sales processes that align with our platform strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Financial Targets:
- Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve these financial goals.
Experience with NEXSTAR and SERVICE TITAN an PLUS!!!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales management in the home improvement industry, preferably HVAC.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools including CRM & Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Committed to developing people and building culture.
- Results-oriented and driven by achieving targets.
