Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or HVAC system installation and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and practices
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience working with air conditioning systems, equipment repair, and HVAC/R systems
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
