Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician who is ready to take on a dynamic role within our company. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your electrical expertise in conjunction with your project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Troubleshoot motor and control systems, transformers, generators, and electronic circuits
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes
Run small projects
Organize van
Buy material
Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a journeyman
Minimum 4 years of apprenticeship experience
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations, updated on the 2020 NEC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read blueprints
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Quick learner
Responsible

Preferred:
Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification
Experience with commercial and residential electrical projects
Foreman experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Paid time off after 90 days.
Opportunity for professional development and advancement.

Bonus: If you have the ability to estimate and manage projects a 5% commission on gross revenue for projects managed is available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
