Job Summary:
We are looking for a big-spirited, go-getter who can help build our incredible medical practice, expand our social media presence and keep our employees engaged and happy. You will be working with an experienced Business Development veteran to learn the ropes.
Medical Marketing Duties:
- Help promote brand awareness
- Coordinate with our digital marketing company to stay on top of ongoing projects
- Visit referring doctor’s offices to give contact information and set up marketing lunches
- Organize evening dinner programs for special topics
- Advertise and arrange educational webinars for patients
- Work with local patient support groups to arrange for lectures
Social Media Duties
- Help promote individual providers and services through regular social media posting
- Develop and disseminate blogs and medical content based on the established podcast and radio show
- Showcase the practice and our unique properties for potential employees
- Uncover interesting stories and patients to highlight
Morale Officer
- Keep track of special days and celebrate the team
- Arrange employee meetings and special events
- Help develop and execute performance plans and incentives
- Manage a Marketing budget
- Get to know the entire team
Requirements:
- Must have working vehicle and be willing to drive throughout Central Texas.
- Must have experience with social media and willing to share examples
- Must have a presentable professional appearance
A medical background adequate to write blogs from source material is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
