Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Use testing equipment to identify and diagnose electrical problems.
- Repair or replace electrical equipment, including components, wiring, or devices.
- Assess electrical issues using testing devices, blueprints, and maps, and determine the necessary steps for resolution.
- Create corrective plans and estimates for new or revised projects.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections on electrical equipment in administration buildings.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements; report any violations to the immediate supervisor.
- Perform all other tasks as needed.Requirements:- Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of experience in electrical work
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
