Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician / Leadman with expertise in electrical service installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. This role requires hands-on experience with generator systems and the ability to lead and mentor a team of electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians during generator installation projects.
- Install, test, and maintain standby and portable generators for various applications.
- Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with local codes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues related to generator systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Provide training and support to junior electricians and apprentices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific).
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in electrical work, with a strong focus on electrical service installation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
