Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and residential settings. 30+ YR Family owned and operated company.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including compressors, motors, and other components
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly
- Document all work performed and materials used
Skills
4-5 Yr Min. Experience required in HVAC
Residential/Commercial Experience
Good communication skills
Good Driving Record
Have own hand tools
Must be able to perform all HVAC related tasks
Must be able to change coils and compressors, use extension ladders for RTU systems
