As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the maintenance program for a strategic client’s campus. This includes managing the maintenance team, developing, and implementing maintenance programs, and partnering with our client ensuring that all facilities systems are functioning optimally. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that performance targets are met. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our services.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities systems, including mechanical, HVAC plumbing, line mechanical, painting, plumbing, and CMMS.
- Active participation in business development opportunities, including pricing, presentations, and perspective client engagements.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs, including preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), work order status and project completions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies and plans to source new services
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet operational requirements and are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze existing maintenance programs for facilities, including preventative maintenance plans and repair schedules, provide direction for implementing best practices
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful operational delivery
- Establish a mandatory weekly meeting with direct reports to review current and future operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or 10+ years of operational experience in facilities operations and maintenance in industrial, commercial, , or mission critical environments
- Strong technical knowledge of facilities systems
- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance programs to include but not limited to KPIs for preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance, tracking MTTR and MTBF, and measuring performance against set targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage teams of various sizes, and providing coaching and mentorship to new and existing team members
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
