Job Summary:
LSG Sky Chefs is looking for an experience Transportation Supervisor to oversee the Inflight Catering operations. The ideal candidate will have ramp safety, dispatching and transportation experience. Seeking detail-oriented and experienced Transportation Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the transportation staff, ensuring efficient routing, and maintaining compliance with airport regulations.
Duties:
-Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights- Plan and coordinate transportation operations to meet customer needs
- Supervise transportation staff, including drivers and dispatchers-Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
- Monitor and optimize inflight catering in an efficient and timely manner, avoiding delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage fleet maintenance and repairs
- Oversee inventory control related to transportation
- Effectively communicate with customers and airlines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics, fleet management, and transportation planning
- Strong data entry skills for tracking and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge required
· 1-3 years of related work experience required
· Proven analytical and leadership skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required combines with an aptitude for multi-tasking
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer application
· Able to work in a 24/7 work environment with extreme temperatures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
