This is not an entry level position. We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC controls.
About the $1,000 Signing Bonus:
We’re offering a $1,000 signing bonus paid out over 6 months to reward your commitment:
- $200 after 30 days
- $300 after 3 months
- $500 after 6 months

Available Positions:
- Tech 2: Intermediate Technician
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Skills Required: Proficiency in installing and programming building automation systems (BAS), intermediate troubleshooting.
- Responsibilities: Lead small installations, perform diagnostics, assist in training Tech 1 employees.
- Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr
- Tech 3: Senior Technician
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Skills Required: Deep knowledge of HVAC systems and BAS, advanced troubleshooting, IT networking skills.
- Responsibilities: Lead large-scale installations, mentor junior technicians, interface with clients.
- Pay Range: $25 - $29/hr
- Tech 4: Lead Technician/Specialist
- Experience: 6+ years
- Skills Required: Expert in HVAC controls, project management, advanced IT networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
- Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects and teams, develop advanced controls strategies, provide expert-level support.
- Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr
