Position: HVAC/R Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of HVAC/R experience, strong computer skills, the ability to estimate projects, and a passion for managing field personnel. This salaried position comes with excellent benefits, profit sharing, and offers a significant career opportunity!
Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC/R experience
- Strong computer skills
- Estimating ability
- Familiarity with packaged HVAC units and splits
- Understanding of refrigeration requirements for walk-ins and remote ice machines
- Ability to create quotes as needed
- Experience with job site inspections/quality control for installs, PM, and service work
- Ability to generate sales leads/opportunities from Technician service tickets
