Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The HVAC Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Installation:
- Lead and perform the installation of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, codes, and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct pre-installation assessments and gather necessary materials and equipment.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with customers to explain installation processes, timelines, and maintenance requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Operational Management:
- Coordinate installation schedules and manage resources to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including equipment used, work performed, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during installations.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with installation tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification and other relevant licenses or certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
