In this role, you'll go into our clients' homes and light commercial buildings to install heating and cooling systems, ensuring top-notch service that results in repeat business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in retrofit, renovation, and new construction projects.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work on a variety of projects, including new systems in homes and light commercial buildings.

- EPA certified
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE AS AN HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- On-call rotation typically twice a month based on season and weather severity
- No regular Saturday installations
- Consistent workflow with overtime is available
