We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Service Technician / Chiller Maintenance Mechanic to join our team of technicians.

Responsibilities for the Commercial Service Technician / Chiller Maintenance Mechanic position includes:
- Assists in the proper maintenance, troubleshooting, service and repairs of hospital hydronics, facility equipment and systems.
- Maintains and repairs steam/hot water boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Maintains all pumped systems including: chilled water, condensate water, domestic hot and cold water, heating hot water, condensate, sewage ejector, medical air, vacuum, and mechanical air.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment is repaired efficiently and within the specified timeline.
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
- Call as needed.
Requirements for the Commercial Service Technician / Chiller Maintenance Mechanic position includes:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience or combination of experience with commercial hydronics, HVAC, boilers, hot water systems, refrigeration equipment, chillers, hydraulic pumps and mechanical maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of both Commercial Service & Construction Plumbing
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License preferred, at least an Apprentice License is required .
- EPA certification is preferred
- Ability to take call as needed.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and writing diagrams
- Strong knowledge of industrial hydronics, plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Valid driver's license.
