Well established Mechanical Contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with hvac installation knowledge to oversee private commercial and public projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management to schedule crews, material and equipment deliveries, and day to day job site activities
- Attend project meetings and produce RFI's and Change Orders
- Oversee Safety procedures and policies on jobsites
- Maintain project budgets/ hours and track progress
- Manage subcontractors scope and performance
- Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence
- Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the HVAC trade and experience in HVAC Project Management
- Highly motivated, detailed and professional
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effectively work well with the clients, office staff, sub-contractors and vendor
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to meet deadline
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
