WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE
- You’ll be dispatched from home to your first service call each day.
- You will perform a wide variety of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks for our customers to help them keep their businesses running smoothly and maximize the efficiency of their equipment.
- You will have a sizeable support staff dedicated to ensuring you have what you need for each job before you get there.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience as a technician performing diagnostics and repairs
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- EPA Certification
- Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and over head
- Must be able to safely climb ladders of all types (sometimes up to 50+ feet)
- Commitment to quality workmanship 100% of the time.
- Desire to learn and continue your education for the rest of your career.
- We are also looking to hire Commercial HVAC technicians with aspirations to get training on industrial equipment. Eligible technicians will be sent out of state for industrial/chiller training, all expenses paid by Mason Pro Services!
Qualifications for Chiller Training:
- 5+ years experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician
- 1 year employed with Mason Pro Services
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
