Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in construction plumbing and knowledge of schematics will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters to ensure proper installation of pipes and fixtures - Perform pipe threading, cutting, bending, and soldering to connect pipes and fittings - Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or damaged pipes - Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning pipes, valves, faucets, fixtures, or other plumbing equipment - Test plumbing systems for leaks using pressure gauges or other appropriate tools - Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions Requirements: - Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics - Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and pliers - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in tight spaces - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you are a skilled Plumber looking for a challenging role where you can showcase your expertise in the field of plumbing, we encourage you to apply.
