We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help lead our marketing efforts with a strong focus on lead management, email marketing, and unpaid media prospecting.
Position Overview:
Working closely with the senior-level marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies for Craft Body Scan and Craft Concierge. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in lead management, email marketing, and other unpaid media efforts to drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Craft Body Scan and Craft Concierge that align with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Lead Management: Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing processes, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for both sub-brands.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and other unpaid media. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Prospecting Efforts: Identify and implement unpaid media strategies to attract new prospects, including SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems. Provide actionable insights to improve strategy and content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that each sub-brand's unique identity is represented accurately and effectively.
- Trends and Innovations: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative ideas to keep Craft Health ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare or wellness brands.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management best practices.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
