We currently have three positions available to fill in our growing service department.
-Senior HVAC Service Technician-(1) (Are you ready to join a group of senior Techs and be the driving force behind exponential growth resulting in profit sharing)
-Apprentice- Are you in school or fresh out of HVAC school or hold 2-5 years experience hungry and eager to learn and looking for the opportunity to grow within a company. We have an opportunity for you to grow quickly within a department.
-Helper-Are you a hard worker looking to learn the basics before diving into a technician role? We need help changing filters/washing coils, and servicing units. On the job training.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with exceptional skill and efficiency.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication and professionalism.
- Manage service scheduling and organization to maximize efficiency and meet customer needs promptly.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the service department to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with management to set department goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold company standards and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Change Filters/ Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven work history.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
