Bath World is looking to hire an Installation Manager to oversee all projects. We currently are installing 4-7 jobs at once. Must be able to provide support for the installers in the field during construction.
Job duties would include, but not limited to:
-Hiring and training new installers and helpers
-Reviewing contracts and building a material list for each job
-Working with customers when needed
-Handling service calls when needed
-Scheduling and running pre installation walk throughs with the customers as well as post installation walk throughs once installs are completed
-Assuring quality control is met to company standards and ensure each install is running according to plan
Requirements:
-MUST have previous management experience
-Minimum 7+ years of residential construction experience
-General knowledge of building, plumbing, and electrical code
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
