Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Sales Manager or Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing sales operations across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on fostering a customer-centric culture, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales management, retail management, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and optimize sales operations.
- Ensure all sales processes are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct employee orientation, providing new hires with a comprehensive overview of our sales processes and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Utilize your multilingual skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly controlled to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong background in retail management, sales operations, and inventory control.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Proficiency in mathematics, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Experience with inventory management and control systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives.
- Experience with buying and procurement processes, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $144,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
