We’re looking for an experienced, and licensed HVAC technician to join our property management company. You'll be responsible for visiting occupied and vacant homes and apartment units to assess the cause of inoperable systems. You must be able to diagnose problems with an HVAC system and perform repairs to make the unit operable. You be responsible to install a variety of HVAC equipment (heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems), both older and newer models. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to install, troubleshoot, and diagnose all equipment, and is an effective problem solver and communicator. Ready to join our growing HVAC company? Compensation:
$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Check electrical testing equipment to check all electrical circuits and components
- Inspect all pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
- Advise clients on how to properly maintain their new equipment
- Set up all heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
Qualifications:
- Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
- Working knowledge of low voltage electrical wiring and high voltage connections
- Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
