EPA Universal 608Certification (Type 1,2, & 3) Valid Driver’s License
Production Equipment HVAC *
Responding to calls on chillers, and fans systems for the paint/seal booths if needed. Responding to seal freezer temp alarms as needed. (Note from Equipment Engineering: They have paper pinwheel type charts that I think are changed weekly which are kept to verify the quality of the seal stored in the freezer)
* Pressure drop checks (on regulated filtration systems)
* Function checks (on the air knives in 4-86 Paint)
* Multiple Energy Placarding Checks
* Regulatory PMs due Sept-Dec Install, maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in factory areas. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting cascading systems on freezers which are -80F.
Troubleshoot malfunctions to determine if equipment/system needs maintenance and if problem is mechanical, electrical, plumbing or electronic and develop a plan to correct the problem. Leak test refrigeration systems using knowledge of refrigerants, refrigeration theory testing equipment, and safe work practices. Charge and evacuate both high and low pressure systems using the proper refrigerant recovery and recycle equipment. Assemble/attach various refrigeration tubing, valves, and other Refrigeration components using the appropriate method (e.g., mechanically, soldering, brazing).

Pay: $37.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
