Journeyman $23/hour with $1,500 Sign on Bonus Bluffdale, UT

$1,500 Sign on bonus of 6 months of no-missed days without 48 hours’ notice. Benefits available after 60 days include: 8 paid holidays, 5 days PTO the first year.
Health and Dental Insurance is available after 60 days and the company pays half of the monthly premium.
Retirement 401k with a company match up to 4%.
Quarterly incentives and year-end bonus.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate MUST possess:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Journeyman or similar role
· Ability to adapt with different job sites
· Must pass drug screening
· Commercial Construction experience
· Able to operate construction tools and equipment safely
· Exhibit good judgement skills
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees
· Attention to details, extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask
· Ability to work in all weather conditions
· Have high ethical standards
· Able to follow measurements, and project specifications
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to work independently
· Maintain the quality and safety of the jobsite
· Ability to follow verbal directions and implement changes
· Must be dependable, hardworking and have a strong desire to further your career
