THE OPPORTUNITY:
Blue Ribbon Cooling Heating Plumbing Electrical is currently seeking Tradesman, Journeyman, and Master Plumbers to join the fastest growing HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing Company in the greater Austin area. As a Residential Service Plumber you will be responsible for diagnosing, installation, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems. This will be done while maintaining a professional manner, consistent with Blue Ribbon Cooling Heating Electrical
Plumbing’s image as a provider of high-quality top-of-line services. Successful candidates consistently exceed customer’s expectations, communicate well with customers, and can help customers make informed and confident decisions. Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)
- Complete all general plumbing in-home, service calls.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install plumbing systems
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Travel to job sites within the service area, and maintain your parts, as well as communication with dispatchers, your manager, and installation teams to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly conveyed to the customer
- Properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures for the financial decision at the beginning and end of the job
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements
- Document work completed with before and after photos
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Proficient in residential plumbing services and building codes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- Service Titan knowledge is a plus
Physical requirements:
- Ability to frequently utilize hand functions requiring fine motor skills including but not limited to fine manipulation, grasping, and pinching
- Ability to frequently utilize gross motor skills including but not limited to pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time during the regular workday
- lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- Work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
