Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment
- Rough in and trim out duct work, bath fans, ventilation systems, and gas lines
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience as an HVAC installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
No previous experience required, experience with new construction / ductwork installation is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
