Comments from the team…
“I started off as a subcontractor for Berner and after a year I joined their team. Working for them has been great. They really appreciate the work that I do. They understand you have a life and family outside of work and they work with you if scheduling problems arise. They are very professional and care about their employees. I don't think I could work for anyone else, and I have been in the business 20 years.”
Matt L, Senior Service Technician
“I have had the pleasure of working for Berner Air Conditioning & Heating for 8 years. When I say pleasure, I sincerely mean it. Before coming to Berner, I worked for another local A/C company and to say the least it was stressful. I always felt that I was not appreciated for the time and effort I gave to my work. Here at Berner, it is the complete opposite. I enjoy coming to work and being part of a team that appreciates the energy I put into my work. Mr. Tom and Ms. Letha make me feel like family and I would not want to be any place else.”
Karen L, Success Manager
“13 years ago, I was offered a job in the family business. I am glad that I took it. The benefits of a company vehicle, company phone, and gas card really go a long way in addition to the great pay I already make. And I’ve learned a lot about a business that I knew nothing about before I started working in air conditioning & heating. The one thing that has held true for the 13 years that I have been here is that it still is a family-focused business.”
