**The Role**:
As an integral member of our team, you'll oversee building equipment for safety, troubleshoot various systems, and perform essential repairs. While the role is challenging, you'll be part of a nurturing team, eager to mentor and elevate your technical prowess.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Availability for occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- Daily equipment checks: HVAC, EMS systems, refrigerated cases, and more.
- Maintenance and repair duties for various systems.
- Effective communication for service calls.
- Operation of EMS building controls and automation systems.
- Administrative tasks: material ordering, purchase order creation, and data entry.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and adhere to our dress code guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Graduates from vocational-technical programs are preferred.
- Prior experience in refrigeration service and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills.
- EPA Section 608 Certification.
- Computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to diverse environments.
**Physical Environment**:
- Work settings vary between indoors and outdoors.
- Engage in manual tasks and utilize various trade tools.
