You will be responsible for supporting the planning team in implementing control procedures to schedule, order, and control inventories to ensure optimal conditions to deliver committed products and or services. This position also analyzes operational facts of the business and implement corrective actions to enhance delivery, cost, and quality. (This position is focused on the installations side of the US Thermal Commercial business and supports production as needed.)
Your challenges….
This position is idea for candidates who have experience with automotive mechanic experience.
- Complete installation orders based on customer specifications this may include installations of air conditioning evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and associated duct and connecting systems.
- Gather parts, tools and or materials needed to complete assigned work.
- Ensures installations meet all quality and cost standards.
- Inspect completed work before it is turned to the customer and resolve problems by ensuring craftsmanship and performance functionality meet specifications.
- Charge air conditioning systems.
- Manage Kanban inventory system for installations.
- Perform special projects including, but not limited to, replacements, after sales service, retrofits and remodels, as assigned.
- Notify supervisor of any challenges preventing the assigned work to be completed.
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventing maintenance as required; following manufacturer’s instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures and rules as well as implementing improvements to current procedures.
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste.
- Complete documentation and reports as needed
- Maintain professional and positive relations with team members and customers.
- Work safely and demonstrates respect for personal safety and the safety of others.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor and others as part of assigned work.
- Assist with Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- May be assigned to perform installations at a customer site and follow the customer’s schedule.
- Local Customer sites may require you to complete tasks on site at their location
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- You have a High School diploma & A valid driver’s license and good driving record (Required)
- You are able to Pass a drug screen & meet the background requirements

- You are able to use a computer and have some knowledge of Microsoft office.
- You are able to lift heavy components (30-50 pounds) and stand for long hours (8-10 hours)
- You are able to communicate effectively and positively portrait company branding.
- You are able to work independently and without supervision.
- You are computer literate and proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- You have strong problem solving skills.
- You are able to lift at least 75 pounds
- You are able to travel and work on weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour
