Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facility preventative maintenance on multiple plumbing items and equipment. Candidates will also be responsible for plumbing emergencies and reactive work.
Duties:
- Perform inspection and maintenance on:
Hot Water Heaters, Pressure Reducer Valves, Domestic Water Pumps, Backflows and non Septic water basin tanks
- Reactive work on:
Basic plumbing emergencies: Clogs, leaks.
- Small Projects:
Basic
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge to understand how systems work.
- Proficient skillset to perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on basic plumbing equipment.
- Valid Drivers License/State ID
- Familiarity with construction sites and safety regulations.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check to work at sites.
