The Warehouse Manager oversees the branch warehouse operational functions related to shipping, delivery, receiving, inventory control, product transfer, merchandising, and merchandise will call. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of product at all times. Additionally, this role supports the Customer Value Proposition of 1-hour will calls.

What will you be doing?
- Provide daily supervision, safety leadership and oversee shipping/receiving and delivery operations for the branch.
- Responsible for the order, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Leads by example in all staff and customer dealings in person, on the phone, and in written communication.
- Conducts regular staff touch bases to provide individual feedback, assignment status, goal review, and coaching.
- Recognizes staff for superior customer service, goal accomplishment, or other satisfactory work performance.
- Keep safety as #1 priority
- Ensures all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained.
- Ensures product transfers are handled properly and efficiently including pulling / checking / loading and receiving.
- Schedules deliveries to ensure efficient delivery and cost effectiveness.
What we need from you:
Preferred Job Requirements
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in business, supply chain, or related field
- 5 or more years’ experience with warehousing, supply chain, and related functions.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience with warehousing, supply chain, and related functions.
- High degree of personal ethics, customer service, and commitment to safety.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications as needed to satisfactorily perform work assignments – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as have the ability to learn company enterprise systems as needed.
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
