Position: Industrial Refrigeration Area Manager (title open)
Industry: Chillers and Refrigeration Systems (York, Carrier, or Cimco Products)
Major function: Maintenance, Project Management, and Emergency Response
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 (++)
Location: Tri-State (PA, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Hartford, NJ, NY, CT)
We are actively searching for an Industrial Refrigeration Area Manager (Open Title) with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach to assist our new owners as we merge our offices and establish our new corporate headquarters in the Tri-State area. With ownership set to close within weeks, we are searching for a candidate who is ready to work hard and dig in at every level as our current leader is retiring, creating a unique opportunity for this candidate to step into and create change into our rapidly growing environment by demonstrating the following:
Core Competencies
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance plan
- Provide leadership across a Multisite/Multistate operations (6)
- Monitor and manage vendors across regions
- Ensure equipment is maintained, inspected, and/or replaced as needed
- Ensure all repairs/replacements are budget and compliance approved
Leadership Characteristics
- Can identify opportunities & analyze the impact on the business
- Ability to work in a lean, collaborative, think-outside the box environment
- An extremely detailed oriented individual who digs in at every level
- Ability to create new systems & processes to address our growing needs
- Extreme attention to detail, this cannot be over emphasized enough
Role Requirements
- 6+ yrs Refrigeration/Chillers systems exp (York, Carrier, or Cimco products)
- 6+ yrs Leadership managing service, operations, vendor management
- Ability to travel to multi-sites and multi-states as need (as needed)
- Willing to travel to Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Hartford, N. NJ, CT, NY....
