Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains, & Electrical is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Apprentices.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts department.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work well with team members.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- You will need to be on call occasionally.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate and keep an open mind to training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- You should have the proper certifications. We can help you acquire this. If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount. However, we are looking for a technician who has at minimum 1 years’ experience and has ran his own truck.
- Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
- EPA Universal license
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Results driven in a high-energy environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
- Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
