Duties:
-Design, configure, install, and maintain all audio/video control system programs including Crestron, Q-sys, Analog Way, and AV Pro
-Troubleshoot audio/video systems including, but not limited to, Crestron, Q-sys, Analog way, RockBot, DirecTV, Cox Cable, and BrightSign
-Provide IT Operators with guidance for basic troubleshooting of audio/video systems
-Coordinate replacement and implementation of audio/video systems and hardware
-Provide physical installation of wireless access points and controllers throughout Las Vegas
-Provide de- installation and re- installation of cables and networks in Commercial residential and brand new installs as well
-Provide network device swap outs at different locations locally in the LAS Vegas area
- Test and certify low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of low voltage systems.
-Follow lawful directions from supervisors
-Understand and follow work rules and procedures
-Interact well with all team members and be a positive influence on employee morale
-Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, and audiovisual equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and provide recommendations for low voltage system installations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while performing installations and repairs.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Must be familiar with safety requirements and OSHA regulations governing an industrial environment and/or construction field. Osha 10 for lower-level technician and Osha30 for upper level technicians.

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
