What experience is required?

We are looking for Technicians who take their time, are willing to go the extra mile, to be thorough in their processes, are willing to dive a little deeper into something that seems odd and explain to the customer the available options that could improve their current situation. We are dedicated to doing things right the first time, and we are never in a rush to do it.
For example, by the end of the call, though you may be tired, you test run the system to ensure it was reassembled properly as well as working correctly. You also take the time to talk about each step of the work performed with the customer. We want to ensure we are always being as thorough as possible.
Our customers are number one. We need customer service driven professionals who are like minded to join our team.
You must be detail oriented. There's no room for simple mistakes in this line of work. You also must be able to dress, speak, and always present yourself professionally.

Interview Process
Once you are elected to move on to an in-person interview, as part of our recruitment process, you will be asked to take a compatibility test as well as a mechanical knowledge test (don’t worry- this just helps us tailor your training).
If you are chosen to move forward following your compatibility test, we will reach out to have you return for an in-person interview with our Owner and Service Manager.
