This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman for projects located in Northern and Central NJ. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work activities of electricians, ensuring that projects are completed according to customer specifications, monitoring work progress and timelines, coordinating with other construction professionals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project budgets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an electrician or in a related field
- Experience managing and supervising personnel and projects
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, as well as building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.
- Experience with commercial and industrial projects preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus
