Job Summary
Services Electrician in the maintenance and repair of electronic components and equipment and ensure equipment is running correctly. Refers to schematics and performs visual inspections for basic problems. Uses diagnostic equipment to pinpoint malfunctions. Once identified, defective components are repaired or replaced. .
Essential Duties
- Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include lighting, roofing and electrical service calls. Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
- Assists other technicians in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems. Interprets blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree in related field is preferred.
- 3 + plus year of Electrical experience & facilities.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
