Custom Climates HVAC is looking for a Residential Comfort Advisor to join our sales and project management team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, common sense, and love to solve our customer's problems. The right candidate will have proven sales experience and success in retail sales, both residential and light commercial sales processes. This position is for commission compensation with minimum base salary pay. Proven high close rate in residential HVAC sales is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers and provide comfort options.
- Project manage new installations from start to finish.
- Maintain contact with the customer throughout the sales/install process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Honesty, integrity, professionalism at all times.
