We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Sales Manager to join our team. This is a HUNTER role.
This person needs to understand how to speak to restaurant owners and gas station owners, talking about energy-saving technology for their refrigeration and HVAC units.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and nurture high-potential leads and skillfully navigate the entire sales journey from initial outreach to closing deals:
•Uncover and qualify promising prospects through a multi-pronged approach, leveraging personal contracts, industry events, online research, and targeted marketing initiatives.
•Generate list of prospective restaurants, gas station convenience stores, or other small business owners and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
•Initiate and conduct insightful discovery calls to delve into the customer’s business objectives and pain points as it relates to HVAC and Refrigeration systems, utility bills, repair costs and downtime.
•Introduce the Monaire solution as the ideal solution to address their unique needs and challenges, specifically targeting HVAC and refrigeration equipment for their business.
•Craft tailored proposals that align seamlessly with each customer's specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
•Expertly negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
•Leverage our CRM to manage all sales activities.
•Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Monaire in the market.
•Maintain close collaboration with the operations and onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition and unwavering support for new clients, fostering an exceptional customer experience from the outset.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair
- 2 + years Sales Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration.
- Proficient in HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) principles
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
