Responsibilities/Job Description:
The Project Developer is responsible for providing a variety of project support tasks to aid in successfully completing projects. Under the direction of Ben Huddock assists with the planning, scheduling, organizing and communication of project activities and technical resources to meet the project objectives with quality and within budget. The start date is July 1st, 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to successful scheduling and execution of customer and prospect facility audits
- Assist and lead portfolio analysis activities, driving business development for new and existing accounts
- Assist and lead incentive/rebate activities and attainment for new and existing accounts
- Train 3rd party field team on-site survey software as necessary
- Develop ROI proposals for customers and prospects
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Procurement activities, including material BOM creation and labor POs with the support of the Project Manager/Operations team
- Coordinate with Motus equipment vendors to track order status
- Provide onsite project support for survey training/installation as projects require
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other office staff to ensure all documents and information required for the successful bid and completion of a job are in place
- Conduct scheduled meetings with stakeholders to track and record progress on current and future projects
- Demonstrate relentless commitment as a customer advocate by promoting customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
Core Proficiencies
- Commercial HVAC experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats for various project needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products

· Manage and complete data analysis forms from multiple software platforms
· Material ordering/tracking to hit fast-moving project deadlines, working with multiple vendors. Change orders
Compensation:
· Base Salary $75-$90,000 commensurate with experience
· Participation in the annual company bonus plan and paid expenses
