PRO Field Manager Description:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of residential plumbing install technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional project delivery
- Develop skilled apprentices into skilled crew leads by mentoring apprentices and providing focused on the job training.
- Oversee daily operations of the residential plumbing install department
- Schedule, manage, and support a team of plumbers to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of install technicians, conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitor the progress of ongoing install jobs, visits job sites daily ensuring that they are completed efficiently within the established timelines and safety standards are met.
- Performs inspections, final walk throughs, and site proofs to ensure that the high-quality standards of S & D's is carried throughout every stage.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the install department remains innovative and competitive
- Prepare regular reports on install department performance, challenges, and growth opportunities for presentation to senior management
- Assists in recruiting and hiring of field team members.
- Educates new team members on the tools they need and ensures they have them.
- Onboarding of new install team members, training on processes and use of iPads, phones & Service Titan.
- Attends team meetings and hosts 1:1 with technicians.
- Authentically promotes and adheres to company vision, mission, core values, and brand.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Plumbing license preferred
- Display strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading diverse teams
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Trello, and Service Titan
- Proven skills in setting priorities, planning, and efficient scheduling, as well as administrative competencies-permits, job tracking, vendors &
subcontractor management
- Strong grasp on coaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of team members
- Experience in conducting interviews, selecting, and on-boarding new field team members aligning with company and departmental goals
- Highly competent in customer service and sales; able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Exhibit strong communication and communication skills
- Remain updated with latest products in the plumbing industry
- Uphold and maintain high work performance standards
- Comprehensive understanding of safety/OSHA regulations, including safe work practices such as towing, equipment operation, excavation, driving, and appropriate use of PPE
- Able to prepare for and conduct efficient and effective meetings
