At Year Round , our HVAC Installers are responsible for performing the installation of replacement HVAC systems in residential homes, while maintaining the high set of quality standards that have been established both for artisanship and customer service.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for Installers that can thrive in an environment that is consistently busy, while maintaining attention to detail in the process. Someone who is positive, energetic and highly organized is a must because multi-tasking, prioritizing, & time management are key elements of the position. must have good leadership skills as you will be training Apprentices on the job.

REQUIREMENTS:
- EPA Certification (REQUIRED)
- 2+ years in field experience preferred (4 years minimum required)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license & pass driving record screening
- Must pass drug screening
- Must pass criminal background check
