Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician for our Atlanta office. AIM is an HVAC service provider with a focus on preventative maintenance, equipment replacements, equipment upgrades, etc…. Technicians must be driven and able to work independently.
Job Description:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of verifiable experience.
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair commercial systems.
- EPA certification.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug testing and criminal background.
- Previous experience in HVAC/R or other related fields
- Familiarity with advanced low voltage control circuitry
- Knowledge of Energy management systems
- Familiarity with HVAC/R wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- No criminal background
- Solid, verifiable employment history and references
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a random drug trust.
