YOUR ROLE
-Analyze work orders and ensure all components, parts, and tools are accessible.
-Use HVAC knowledge to service systems per work order:
- Troubleshoot current HVAC systems to identity issues
- Conduct performance diagnostics with specialized tools and equipment
- Repair damages and correct inefficiencies
- Perform preventative maintenance to increase system longevity
- Use product knowledge to make recommendations that will improve performance.
-Stock, organize and maintain work vehicle’s cleanliness.
-Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and resources by reporting low levels to service manager
-Document services performed and recommendations in appropriate forms, logs and reports.
-Maintain communication with dispatch post service call and throughout the day

YOU SHOULD HAVE
5 years HVAC experience minimum
EPA certification
HVAC certification
YOU MUST HAVE
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
The ability to work in varying weather conditions
The mobility and strength to sit, stand, turn, kneel and lift 50-80 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
