Job description:
Camfil USA has an opening for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Austin. This is a full time role requiring daily on-site work at our Austin branch or in the field. Work schedule/hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm. Camfil offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, etc.
Responsibilities include:
· Perform filter service installation.
· Remove and discard dirty filters; install new filters in a commercial application.
· Must be able to work on rooftops.
· Read customer work order to determine items to gather or distribute.
· Load and unload all inbound and outbound material in a safe manner.
· Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders in staging area.
· Obtain proper paperwork from customer.
· May assemble pleated filters with warehouse staff.
· Drive company vehicle to transport items to customer sites.
· Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· High school diploma or GED required
· One to three months related experience required
· Valid Texas Driver’s License required
· Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen
· Must be reliable
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to indoor and outdoor environments and warehouse and office surroundings.
