We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Side Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, researching, and repairing a wide range of commercial cooking equipment.

Key Responsibilities for the Hot Side Equipment Technician / Commercial Kitchen Technician position include:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of commercial cooking equipment.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for equipment such as convection stoves, ovens, steamers, slicers, bread slicers, soup wells, dishwashers, steam kettles, pizza ovens, fryers, coffee machines, tea brewers, hot plates, holding cabinets, makeup air units, exhaust fans, and other related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and equipment technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs.
Qualifications for the Hot Side Equipment Technician / Commercial Technician position includes:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of verifiable experience with service and/or installation of commercial food service equipment that includes convection ovens, stoves, grills, steamers, dishwashers, fryers, pizza ovens, exhaust fans, hot plates and coffee makers to name a few.
- HVAC and/or refrigeration experience preferred
- Universal EPA certification is not required but is a plus
- Experience with Hobart Commercial equipment is a plus
- Accountable for proper truck inventory and accurate service reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team player with positive attitude
- Must take part in on call schedule
- Personal hand tools
