As the Digital Client Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to effectively manage and grow relationships with clients as their main point of contact at Threshold. Client management and growth include responding to their inquiries, understanding and anticipating their needs, leading strategic initiatives, and maintaining on-going client communication.
You will be working with our portfolio of clients enrolled in various digital marketing services, including but not limited to Google Ads, Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Search Engine Optimization, and more. This is a highly collaborative role as you will communicate with our clients and your Digital peers to deliver high quality digital marketing campaigns that generate results for our clients.
To be successful in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of clients. You have a strong ability to translate the client’s requests, interpret client feedback that produces results, and ensure quality digital marketing assets and campaigns. You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, is committed to excellence, and pays close attention to detail.
Core Duties:
- Serve as main point of contact for clients enrolled in Digital Marketing services
- Lead strategic initiatives (new marketing ideas, insights, best practices) and champion comprehensive reporting
- Quickly build trust and cultivate new relationships with our clients
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Manage and document sales activity
- Listen to client concerns, diffuse dissatisfaction, and quickly identify the appropriate course of action with a sense of urgency.
- Clearly convey client needs, feedback, and deadlines to your Digital Marketing peers
- Lead client reporting calls to review monthly performance with all employment levels, up to C-Level
- Collaborate with the team to identify new products and services that solve our client’s challenges
- Participate in the creation of new processes and improve existing ones with the client’s experience in mind
Qualifications:
- Agency Experience, 3 years preferred
- Experience working with digital marketing clients preferred
- Ads platform experience preferred (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Experience with project management systems preferred
- Knowledge of standard digital marketing KPIs and how to analyze reporting preferred
- Can work simultaneously on multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to creatively and effectively problem solve including strong decision-making capabilities
- Strong listening skills and high EQ
- Thick-skinned - ability to take client feedback with a smile
- Careful attention to detail
- Conflict resolution and diplomatic strategies
- Initiative-taking and self-starter
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the Real Estate and/or Financial industries preferred
- Proven track record of relationship and account management ability
- Computer Skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Reader, Accelo (preferred), PandaDoc (preferred)
